I'm a design director based in Yerevan, Armenia, with over 13 years of experience leading product design, building teams, and scaling digital products.

I built Craftwork from the ground up and grew it to 350,000 users. Along the way, I shipped products like Storytale.io, Blank Design System, and Startup Website Builder. My work sits at the overlap of systematic design, cross-functional team leadership, and business outcomes — conversion, retention, and engagement.

I've worked across B2C, SaaS, and marketplace models. I've hired and mentored teams of 15+ people. I've run A/B tests, set up content marketing engines, and built product strategies that moved real numbers.
